Refund policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from JMAN STUDIOS LLC. Please review the following policy before placing your order.
Original Paintings
Because every original painting is a one-of-a-kind artwork, all original painting sales are final. Original paintings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item.
Art Prints
Prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the print must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original protective packaging. Framed prints must also be returned with the frame in its original condition.
Customers are responsible for return-shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Please contact JMAN STUDIOS LLC before returning anything. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately after delivery. If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:
Your order number
Photographs of the damaged artwork
Photographs of the shipping box or mailer
A photograph of the shipping label
Please keep all packaging until the claim has been resolved. After reviewing the claim, JMAN STUDIOS LLC may offer a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Approved returns will be inspected after they are received. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit-card company to process the refund.
Artwork returned damaged, used, altered, or without its original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. An order cannot be canceled after it has been packaged, shipped, or placed into production.
